Cancellation and Return Conditions
NetWork places the highest priority on customer satisfaction after sales and protects consumer rights. Any dissatisfaction you may experience regarding the products you have purchased, as well as any production- and service-related issues, are meticulously evaluated by our relevant teams and resolved as quickly as possible.
To provide you with better and faster service regarding your return requests, you can find the applicable requirements below. Please note that return requests for products that do not comply with the return conditions cannot be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS
You can send the products you wish to return to us via our contracted shipping company Yurtiçi Kargo using the return code you will obtain from our website. To receive the return code, you can follow the steps on the link.
We would like to remind you that the product to be returned can only be picked up by our contracted shipping company. Returns sent to us via another shipping company and their shipping costs will not be accepted.
1. RETURN CONDITIONS
• Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
• The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with its standard accessories, within 30 days from the invoice date.
• The product’s outer tags must not be removed; all internal tags must remain intact, uncut, and in their original condition.
• The product must be sent with its original box or packaging. Returns are not accepted for products whose original box or packaging has been damaged (products with cargo labels attached to the original box or whose box has been taped with shipping tape cannot be returned), or products that cannot be resold or purchased by another customer.
OTHER CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION ABOUT RETURN SHIPPING FEES
If the products received by our Quality Assurance department reach us in compliance with the return conditions; the refund process will be initiated on the day the product is received. The time it takes for the refund amount to be reflected in your account depends on your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within 7 days.
You can send the products you wish to return to us free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you have placed incorrectly or decided to give up. Sometimes, emails are checked late due to high volume. The possibility of the product being delivered to the cargo arises. If the product has not been shipped in cancellation transactions, the entire fee is returned by the method you performed.
