Cancellation and Return Conditions
Our company is committed to protecting consumer rights and prioritizes customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you purchase, all kinds of problems originating from production and service, are carefully evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
You can find the necessary conditions for us to serve you better and faster on product returns; If any of these is missing, product return is not accepted.
WHAT WE REQUEST FOR RETURN

2. DISPATCH NOTE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED (With all its copies)

a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with its standard accessories, in the same way it was received, within 15 days.
2. SHIPPING INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
a- Shipping invoice of the product must be sent for the return process.
OTHER CONDITIONS AND ABOUT RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
a- If the products delivered to our Quality Assurance department meet the return conditions, the return of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. Refund accountingThe reflection time to your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds to the credit card are reflected in the account within 7 days.
b- You can send the products you will return with Yurtiçi Cargo for free.
SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
The product to be returned can only be received by our contracted cargo companies. Any products received by any other cargo company will not be accepted for return and transportation cost.
The general return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must absolutely be made together with the original box or packaging.
- The original box / packaging is damaged (for example: a cargo label has been stuck on the original box and it has been taped with cargo tape)Products that have lost their resalability, that is, cannot be purchased by another customer, are not accepted for return.
- You need to send the original dispatch note (all copies with you) and a petition containing the reason for the return with the product you want to return.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you have placed incorrectly or decided to give up. Sometimes, emails are checked late due to high volume. The possibility of the product being delivered to the cargo arises. If the product has not been shipped in cancellation transactions, the entire fee is returned by the method you performed.
