Steps to become a member

To become a member of Network.com.tr, from our main page, in the upper right corner, click the "MEMBERSHIP WORLD" under "SIGN UP" option. Fill in the Name, Surname, Gender, Birth Date, Mobile Phone, Email, Password information completely on the "Sign up" page. You should make sure that the e-mail address you will use when signing up is correct and prefer an e-mail address that you actively use. By clicking on the section under your name in the top right corner of our main page, your membership information, orders, messages, listsYou can view your recent and easy access.

In the "My Membership Information" tab, you can update your personal information from the “Update My Information” section, and update your password from the "Change My Password" tab next to the “Update My Information” section.

In the sub-section of the "My Membership Information" tab, you can enter a new address information from the "My Address Information" tab, delete your addresses or edit the addresses you entered.
 

You can see your orders from the "My Orders" tab and get information about their latest status.

Member login steps

Go to www.network.com.trClick the "Log In" link under "MEMBERSHIP WORLD" in the top right corner. On the page that opens, enter the email address you used when creating your membership and the password you set. Press the "Log In" button. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link.

On the page that opens, enter the email address you used when creating your membership and the text you see in the "Verification Code" field. Press the "Submit" button. Your password will be notified to you via email.

Product purchase steps

You can start shopping by logging into www.network.com.tr. You can add the products you choose while shopping, in different colors and sizes. By making your preferences, you can add to your basket with the "ADD TO CART" button. When you add a product to your basket, it will state "Product successfully added to basket." under the Add to Cart button. When you click on the "Go to Cart" link under this phrase, you will be directed to the "My Cart" page. You will see the "Continue Shopping" and "Buy Now" buttons.

If you want to continue shopping; you can continue your shopping from where you left off by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button. If you want to directly purchase without adding another product to your cart, you can proceed by clicking the "Buy Now" button.

In the Shopping Cart page from the quantity part,You can change the quantity of your product, see the total amount of your product including VAT, apply the Discount Coupon Code, or delete products from your basket. You can view the products in your basket at the first stage of the basket page. When you click on the "Buy" button, you will be redirected to the "DELIVERY & INVOICE INFORMATION" page.

In the "DELIVERY & INVOICE INFORMATION" field, if you want your order to be delivered to your address, you should enter your address information, create and save a record. Also, if you wish,www.network.com.tr . You can also pick up the products you purchased from the nearest NetWork store.

The address on your invoice is the deliveryIf you want it to be different from the current address, please enter the billing address by clicking the option "I want to enter a different address for invoice". To ensure your order's invoice is correctly prepared and you do not encounter any problems during delivery, please ensure that your billing and delivery information is complete and correct.

Once you have set up your delivery and billing address information, you can proceed to the "PAYMENT" area by clicking the "Continue" button. You can move on to the next step by choosing the type of payment (credit card) you want to use in your shopping and filling in the necessary payment information and clicking the "Make Payment" button.


On this page, you need to check your invoice and delivery addresses, the products and quantity in your cart, and the accuracy of your payment option; Preliminary InformationBy reading the Evaluation Conditions and the Distance Sales Contract, located at the top left of the page, you can check the box that says "I've seen all the information, Prior InformationandThe ContractI have read, accept and approve its content." and click the "Make Payment" button. You can make the payment with a credit card or bank card. After entering your card details, if the product is eligible for installments, you can select one of the installment options and complete your purchase.

In purchases made using the "Make Payment" button; in necessary situations, the bank or Network Security Unit may seek approval related to your order from the credit card holder, registered in their system.It may be necessary to reach them through a phone number and/or email address. If the cardholder's contact information cannot be reached, your order may be canceled to ensure the credit card holder's safety.

In order for your order to get approval from the bank; your personal contact information registered on our site and at your bank must be updated.

After making the payment, you can complete your order by clicking the "Confirm Order” button. A notification is made stating that your order has been confirmed upon completion of the order process. In addition, you can check the status of your order from the "My Orders” tab. Information about your order is also being sent to your email address.

The product you purchased, "Your order will be delivered within the delivery date range specified on the "Orders" page. When the order is sent for delivery, you will be notified by SMS by the delivery company. After the order is shipped, you can reach the stages of the order from the "Orders" tab.

If you wish, you can change your address information from the Membership Information > My Address field in your Account page before your product is shipped.

Order Summary and Amendment

For you to be able to check the accuracy of the data you entered before completing your order, the total amount you will pay including VAT and shipping fee for the products you will receive is clearly shown under the title "Order Summary".If you have any information that you want to review or change in the Order Summary, or think is incorrect;

  • If you want to make changes on the My Cart page, you can click on the "Return to Cart" button
  • If you want to make changes in the Delivery Information, you can click on the "Edit Address" or "Add Address" buttons
  • If you want to change your Payment Information, you can make the necessary changes by clicking on the "Change" button.
  • You may not complete your order by using the close mark (X) or by leaving the payment page before the order is completed.
  • Following the placement of an order, the delivery address and the recipient's information may be updated until the invoice has been issued.

Order cancellation, return and exchange

You can find below the necessary requirements for us to serve you better and faster for product returns; If any of these are missing, product returns will not be accepted.

WHAT WE NEED FOR A REFUND

2. With your return code you have received from our site, you can deliver your products via our contracted cargo company, Yurtiçi Kargo. You can follow the steps in the link to get the return code.

1. PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

a- Returns of used or damaged products will not be accepted.

b- The product to be returned must be delivered within 15 days as received, complete and undamaged with standard accessories.

OTHER TERMS and RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

a- If the products received by our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in the account within 7 days.

b- You can send the products you will return free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.

SHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The product to be returned can only be received by the cargo companies we have contracted. Apart from this, the return and the transportation cost will not be accepted for the of the products that reach us via any other cargo company.

General return conditions are as follows;

- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

- The return of products whose original box/packaging has deteriorated (for example: products with a cargo label pasted on the original box and taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted), which have lost their re-salability and cannot be purchased by another customer is not accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has not yet been delivered to the cargo, you can cancel your order from My Account > My Orders page and network.com.tr/customer/orderquery page.

After your order cancellation request is approved, if the payment was taken from your credit card, the refund will be made to your card. Installment payments are refunded in installments due to bank processes. Since the refund process varies depending on your bank, you can track your refunds by contacting your bank.

If your order has been shipped or is in the process of collection in the warehouse, your cancellation cannot be made.

CHANGE

Store: You can exchange your products for an equivalent product within 30 days within the return terms. Click here to see the list of our stores.

Return Shipment: You can send back the products to be returned by cargo, provided that the box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, are complete and undamaged.

Contract related information

Before your transaction is completed, the Preliminary Information will be presented to your information We will send the Form and Distance Sales Agreement to your email address that you will enter into the system after the sale is completed, and we will keep it for you for 10 (ten) years.
