Returns Policy and Rules
You can return the products you have purchased within 30 days from the invoice date. The original box and packaging of the product you will return must not be damaged. Products without packaging or with damaged packaging are not accepted for return under any circumstances. You should send the delivery note and the warranty certificate along with the product you want to return. It is not possible to return products that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g. products that require direct body contact during use, earrings, headphones, underwear, bikini), single-use products. For products such as DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, portable computers, mobile phones, consumables (toner, cartridges, etc.), cosmetic products to be returned, their packaging and/or protective band must be cutIt is necessary that it has not been opened. If the product has been invoiced to the company, the relevant company must issue a return invoice for the product.

Delivery Conditions
Your products are procured when your order is approved depending on the stock status and then delivered to cargo. For your order to be approved, the cost of the products you have purchased must be paid with a credit card or by wire transfer. Approved orders 2-7 business daysIt will be delivered to the courier inside.
Documents Required to be Submitted During Delivery
According to the new rule to be applied during the acceptance of the shipment in accordance with the Procedures and Principles on Security Measures for Postal Shipments approved by the Information Technology and Communication Board's decision dated 27/12/2016 and numbered 2016/DK-YED/517, you need to show your driver's license, identity card or passport when receiving your products from the courier or the store personnel.
