(“ Ay Marka”)  to send commercial messages to me via my current contact information and process my personal data that I currently have or will update in the future for these purposes as described in the disclosure available in the link sent to me in the SMS or made available to me on the membership screen of Ay Marka’s websites www.aymarka.com.tr, www.network.com.tr and/or www.divarese.com.tr (“ the Website”) and to which I can access at all times from the Ay Marka stores, the Websites or Network mobile application (“ Mobile Application”) in each case for the purposes of conducting commercial communication activities (SMS, e-mail, calls etc.) by Ay Marka (Network, Divarese and other brands under Ay Marka) and sending invitations to surveys for customer satisfaction with our products and services, campaigns, competitions, sweepstakes, openings and other events as part of the general or personalized campaigns, advantages, promotions, ads, information, marketing activities and marketing activities created by Ay Marka as part of the Loyalty Card or the Website Membership.
